- In accordance with Moroccan regulations, Moroccan couples or couples residing in Morocco may be required to present a marriage certificate or family record book upon request.
- Groups consisting exclusively of men are not permitted to stay at the property.
- Parties, private events, bachelor parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Any activity that violates Moroccan law, including prostitution and the use or possession of drugs or illegal substances, is strictly prohibited.
- For security and insurance purposes, occupancy is limited to the number of guests declared at the time of booking. No outside or unregistered guests are permitted to stay at the villa without prior approval.
- Guests are expected to respect the property, the surrounding neighbourhood and the peaceful atmosphere of the villa throughout their stay.
